Great facilities in general, stunning and lovely location to the mountains behind from the terrace. Also - next to amazing nature and Iceland for a photo / video project and the coast, fishing villages, and the puffins and beautiful coastline. Good-sized rooms with views out to the mountains as well as balcony, and great service.

Wi-Fi was rather slow.

It's fairly clean with a remote location in centre of Breiddalsvik.

It was incredibly friendly hotel and we had a great stay. We walked everywhere, the location was stunning and great, next door to museum. And it was also really close to centre.

This hotel in the heart of a charming village exceeded our expectations. The rooms had a rustic yet modern feel with a central fireplace and breathtaking mountain views from the terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were staying at a friend's cozy hunting lodge. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering both hot and cold options, including a creamy porridge that was simply divine.

All was up to par, no improvements necessary.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the East coast of Iceland. The location was perfect as it was close to the harbour of a charming little village where I enjoyed some great local activities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering me some scrumptious sandwiches when I arrived late at night. The hotel facilities were spotless and had an impressive sauna that I was able to use. Additionally, the breakfast spread they provided was vast, and I couldn't get enough of the fresh fruit they offered.

Everything was perfectly organized and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. We also liked the breakfast buffet selection as well as the nicely done "common area" inside the hotel. Also the location of the hotel perfectly matched our trip's organization.

The only minor thing that we did not like about our room was its location close to the hotel's main entrance, a location used by other hotel guests to smoke and chat - right next to our (open) window. Maybe a dedicated "smoking area" at a more distant location could solve this problem?

The staff are super friendly and exceptionally friendly, we loved them. All in all they offer excellent service. You can park the car on-site. The location is good and beautiful, a few steps away from city center.
